Injection/stay order for outside citizens

It is an order where by who it is addressed to, he or she has to vacate the premises. Please give full facts of the case to get correct advise.

Our tenant has filed a OST case against us and in the case, court has issued a stay order against us that we should not ask him to vacate. Regarding that I have few questions
1. Within 4 months stay, he got the injection order, will it possible to give injection order within 4 months?
2. He is not an Indian citizen, is there any provision in law, injection order will be issued on behalf on him.
3. Court issued an injection order without any end date? Will there any provision to give the injection order like that?
