My self J.K.T.I getingmaried before 01 years.Then now my wife raise a application in Crime Against Women Cell (CAW)at New Delhi of dowry and physical harrasment.The police says we will try to you living together,and my wife also sayes me on mobile phone,I want divorce,she dont want live with me,i m in out of state now and i have applied for section 9 case against her.so plz give me the sollution of my problem,what i can do in future,and she write in our application we will giving him rs.15 Lac cash and a car.so if we will divorced so can what is the recoverable Itoms from me in divorce.
