rcr is correct option.

You did not say whether your received Rs.15 lakhs and a car from the gril's side.  If divorce is granted, you have to give all the dowry / stridhan taken from her and permanent alimony, which the court would grant after hearing both the parties.  But divorce petition can be filed only a year after marriage.

I suggest Mr. Parekh that the enquirer has already engaged an advocate and filed RCR.  It is good to give any suggestion/advice on the thread, if Mr. Parekh wants to give any, and that would benefit the enquirer and other persons, who are following legal trends.  But snatching case from some other advocate in the name of giving better advice is not proper.  It will tarnish the image of legal profession.   Time and again, other members also advised him the same.

You said in your question that a case under Section 9 is filed.  It is RCR petition, means restitution of conjugal rights petition, where by you are asking the court to direct your wife to come to you and discharge marriage responsibilities.
