I am planning to buy a flat in Pune.
I will be solely responsible for loan payment.
1) I wish to take flat solely in my wife's name. Is it possible? Else can the property in joint venture?
2) Wife's name on her PAN CARD and PASSPORT is the one before marriage. Can the property be taken in the name after marriage?
We have the valid marriage certificate.
