Final order copy taken from family court

How many impressions and their contents are put on a final order copy taken from family court. Someone gave me one final order copy (not from court) mutual consent 13 B, It contains 2 impressions written "satyamev jayte" on it. One impression containing name of court and parties. I also want to know whether judge puts himself any impression on the order copy and what are the contents on it. The person who gives copy said only two different impressions are put on final order copy one of satyamaev jayate(2 impressions), other containing name of parties and court name. Please tell the procedure and details
