Employer not deducting epf

First file a complaint to Local Labor Commissioner and to PF commissioner by Regd.post enclosing such fundamenal list of employees.  As it is a statutory stipulation, departments must resolve the issue.  Also file this as grievance in online pgportal immediately..

Labour Commissioner has nothing to do with the non deduction of EPF. Complaint, if any lies with the EPF Commissioner.
