Effects of a criminal charge sheet in a divorce case

Dear All,

What are the effects of a Criminal Charge Sheet (U/s 406) taken on record during the pendency of a divorce case and maintenance ?

If both the partner willfuly want to divorce by mutual consent then the chargesheet will not have worked. If it is filed by husband or wife and the other party will contest the petition and it will take many years and the chargesheet will be kept in mind and in maintenace case it has nothing to do with in maintenance and it will be solely decided on the status of husband
