Can u plz help me to apply for divorce in bangalore As my in laws and wife is threatning me with 498 and DV all these issue started because i had retinal detachment a year ago from then she never visited me or taken care of me i have a son 4 years. Now iam unable to see with other eye too I have low vision my parents are aged mom 67 dad 75 Doctor advised me rest as iam not suppose to move and always keep my head bent (A real Hell) i underwent 3 procedure due to complication recently she came home i asked her is this understanding we are leaving never bothering about me she gave rude answere say she lost her life as i cant take her out club etc so she is comfortable at her mom place who is well to do family. and she always used to bully me saying blind in local langauge and when her mother calls on phone she used to insult me saying that blid is sleeping sort like that a week ago she had her uncel son wedding and her aunt daughter wedding she aasked for all jewels i said its not safe to go in auto carring all jewels and it is in bank locker and mom was out of station her mom called her asking is she leavinng to her place with jewels. she said no and said wat i had told her she imediately said first you take the jewels dont belive them they may have mortaged jweles in bank for his hospital expence she questioned smae with me and quarell started and she called her mom her brother mom and sister all came with goondas and rowdys screamed filty language against me tried to beat me all our neighbours were watching this was at 11 pm she took my son and left home she attende marriage of there relative and now her mother calling my parents and saying that she will disobey everyone same way and ur blind son is dependent on her if u dont transfer his properties to her name will book dowry case and pull you and your son to street. and my wife is saying to every one that if he works i can leave with him he is half blind who will struglle with him her mom saysshe knows to take the property throug compensation iam really going through hell iam 35 age got married in 2007. Plz help me iam i getting burdend because of visual challenge to every one, is money driving world she is back of money my parents r aged and worried of situation even called to patch up but relatives saying my in laws are worst even my wife relatives says they are helpless because they are not good charecter and her mom is the culprit and they advicing me to counslate lawyers she calls up everyday for asking what has to be done with me should i go to police station or lead my life as per there term i just cant see my parents cry thinking iam not watchig them i have property i was running a small scale industry seeing all this i thought only solution is me commeting sucide i worte a note hung my self but my parents some how saved me i have throat sweeling now. plz help me how to get relived from her. I plan to take my medical records to the police and file a complaint she has not yet filled a complain till date. Her mom wants whole family incharge on her daughter but iam scared to transfer all the property on her concern my aged parents and my problem.
