Under O. 11, R. 12 of CPC there is a provison for making a discovery of documents in possession or custody of the other side. The Rules 14 to 16 of the said Order provides for production of document on an application. The Evidence Act under Section 66 provides for issue of notice for production of documents. I thing these three separate provisions are not in conflict with one another. Is this view correct?

Your opinion is absolutely corret. No conflict arises between these three diffrent provisions but all three are used for diffrent situations and has no co-relation with each other
