Sir,
I had been posted on Deputaion for a period of 2years from my parent company in Mumbai to borrowing company in Chennai w.e.f. 26-10-2010. I had shifted my house and my family from Mumbai to chennai.
As per the intital order, My 2yrs deputation period has been completed on 25-10-2012.
But Till date(07-12-2012), No orders for extension of my deputation or orders for my repatriation has been issued. and i am still working in chennai in the borrowing organisation.
if they extend my deputation its well n good. But What if all of a sudden they repatriate me?? I need to take care of to shift my family and house. Can i ask some time, say 3 months, to take care of these things??? are there any rules regarding my case?? kindly help me....
