Please help me..
By a false demand letter a company asked for monetary refund from agency commission.
As per letter we had introduced a person fro booking of one flat. Subsequently, the Intending Purchaser had failed to purchase the flat booked by him and the developer also refund the earnest money after deduction of the service charges of Rs. 10,000/-. now the Developer is demanding agancy commission of this flat. but very truely said we havent receive any amount of this flat and also there is no supporting documents of this to proceed further.
Please advise me of this above stated facts and also i have to reply this letter.
How could i write thisreply letter please advice.
