1) first incident : Major part of my grand father's Property had illegally stolen by one land lord in my village
2) Second incident : Rest part of property was illegally sold by Usufructuary mortgagee.
My grandfather was illiterate and physically challenged person and my father was also illiterate and alone in the family. Now around 70 years have been passed after illegal possession.
A) I have all original Paper readily available.
B) I Can Prove the illegal Possession.
Question :
1) Can i file suite now (after this much of Delay)
2) will Court dismiss my suite on the basis of Limitation Act.
3) Is there any defending Law against limitation Act.
