Deduction of money

Hai,
I'm Prem working in a pvt. limited company in Hyderabad.In my pay slips there is an deduction of 1825 every month and that will be paid once in a year if my performance is 5/5. if not they will deduct certain percentage of my money and they will re-pay it once in a year. here is my question that I'm in my notice period i have resigned to my job they are say that they will not pay my money because I'm in my notice period.
can anyone suggest how can i proceed further

The agreement and appoint terms and conditions prevail.  Unless there is a stipulation of disqualifying payment of such deducted amount, the amount can neither be deducted nor paid during the notice period.  If there is a deduction, it must be paid.

The facts posted suggest such deduction to be unlawful.
