Approach employer and submit the death certifiate/intimation.

What is replied by employer and requirement informed to you.

Death certificate, Legal heir certificate are basic requirements for all matters in case of claim on deceased person's assets/estate/terminal benefits.

Death certificate submitted. All 3 persons name are there in legal heir certificate received from DM office. Now i am asking that who will receive benefits as per law.
