Daugteres rights

now A has got the property from govt (ex-service men) from military he died in 1977 he has 4 daughteres and 1 son before his death 3 daughters are married 1 daughter got married later but when his wife is alive the property has transfered directly from father to son in 1992 before transfer another daughter is also got married now his wife died in 2003 and son died in 2006 property transefered to sons wife in 2006 (all the transfers done through the submission of death certificate)

 


is the daughters of the A has the rights on the property

It is self acquired property of 'A", then after his death succession opens.  It seems that there is no arrangments made by the deceased before his death, so daughter has got equal share as a legal heir of the deceased.
