1. NO
2. If principal dies, power of attorney comes to an end i.e. it stands revoked automatically. Whereas, death of principal will have no affect in case of Irrevocable power of attorney.

that means 'Irreocable power of attorney' continues even after executor of POA dies ? Will legal heirs of POA executor not dispute this? Is this a settled law by supreme court?
