Dear Professionals,
One partnership firm is registered orally (for example in the year of 2009).
No written document for registration of partnership deed is available.
Now, partnership firm is intended to register.
Please guide me to register the partnership firm. Whether we can obtain the stamp duty paper as on 01.01.2014 and incorporate the words as below in the above deed:
"specifying the partnership was formed on 01.04.2009"
Whether date of stamp paper can be obtained after the date of formation of oral partnership?
whether it is legally bound?
whether there will be any penal proceedings on income tax liability or any other statutory due liabilities?
