can we bring LR's of the deceased defendant?

in bare injunction suit, can we bring LR;s of the deceased defendant? if no, any citation ruled by any Hon'ble Court?

You can bring in LRs of the deceased Defendent. you will have provide their adresses in the application to the court as per the provisions  contained in  CPC

u must bring thm on record, otherwise ur suit will become abated against such defendents...

yes. You should bring the LRs of the deceased defendant within 90 days from the date of death, otherwise the suit will abate.
