Party in person related query

If a defendant is appearing as party-in-person and has obtained online access and approval from the district court to submit a Written Statement (WS), should he include a separate page stating that he is replying as a party-in-person (similar to how a Vakalatnama page is attached for advocates), or is it automatically considered from the court records?

Also, after submitting the WS online, when the court downloads it, is there any indication in the WS file to differentiate between an online submission and an offline (physical) submission?

Even though the defendant submits the written statement through online mode, a physical copy may be required to file before the trial court subsequently.

If the petition seeking permission to appear as party in person is allowed then there's no necessity to file an affidavit after that.

When you have submitted online document (WS in your case) you must have got a  number, mention the number on physical copy and deliver hard copy in the court, which shall be accepted on verfication of the number.

Yes, as per the present norms, physical copy is requires to be submitted even if the pleading has been e-filed.

Since you are lacking knowledge qua procedural laws/ rules it is better to seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts/documents and necessary advise/ proceeding.
