can i file a criminal complaint against P I O

I have filled a RTI application and honourable chief information commissioner has directed pio to furnish me attested copies of information but after more than six months till date revenue officer is not giving it .The above said proceeding prove illegal acts and proceeding passed by their officers I have filled a petition under sec 20 also but no use I want to know can I file a police complaint against public information officer for not giving information as requested by myself and also directed by CIC

sir,
you can not file a complaint with police. any complaint against a pio is to be filed with concerned commission.(state information commission/central information commission). Also a complaint should be filed within reasonable time nd in ur case I think now u r late to complain
