I am interested to buy some land in Maharashtra for agriculture rather for the planataion of rubber. But I heard that there is a land cieling of 54 acres there. Could somebody explain this more to me. Also is there anyway one can buy more than 54 acres? What is the rule in the case of a companies. Thank You.
