Hi,
I booked a flat in bangalore with my name and I went with the loan with LIC HFL. IN the loan documents, I have kept only my name. I did not add my wife as co-applicant.
But when I went for flat registration, I have added my wife name as co-applicant.
when we go to collect the Original from LIC, do they create an issue in giving the original documents?
What are the documents I can provide to LIC people to not to have any issue?

Before answering your question it is necessary for you to answer few question as your query is absolutely vague.
Whether FI has completed the formalities of loan documentation?
Whether you have created the Mortgage of the title deeds you have in your hands by way of security?
Whether you have given an undertaking/writings to deposit the registered document with the FI.
