I was working in a company called evolution Co in Mumbai and Exactly after 1 month of service, I was fired on the spot simply because I had to leave office due to a medical emergency in my family and I was not able to inform about it. I came back a day later (working day). So I left on Thursday afternoon and came on Monday morning. My company doesn't work on weekends. I lost 25 days to find a new job. The offer letter has no mention about notice period and payment in lieu of the notice period. Can I demand my loss of pay for 25 days of notice not given to me? Also, apart from no mention about notice period, there is no mention of the probation period as well in the offer letter.
Again, is the company liable to pay for the 25 days I lost due to immediate termination without any clause of the notice period and probation period in the offer letter.
