notice period salary not given & no mention about it offer


I was working in a company called evolution Co in Mumbai and Exactly after 1 month of service, I was fired on the spot simply because I had to leave office due to a medical emergency in my family and I was not able to inform about it. I came back a day later (working day). So I left on Thursday afternoon and came on Monday morning. My company doesn't work on weekends. I lost 25 days to find a new job. The offer letter has no mention about notice period and payment in lieu of the notice period. Can I demand my loss of pay for 25 days of notice not given to me? Also, apart from no mention about notice period, there is no mention of the probation period as well in the offer letter.

Again, is the company liable to pay for the 25 days I lost due to immediate termination without any clause of the notice period and probation period in the offer letter.

Dear Sagar, I don't mince words or act being nice while presenting my view on this platform, so is with you too. Now, your problem is that you were abruptly or illegally terminated after working for only 25 days without paying you that salary by your employer. The sad part is that you didn't even mention herein whether you have demanded it from your employer or not. On the other hand even after demanding it, if he won't pay you, then the alternative is to go for expensive legal proceedings against the employer. But the moot question is, will it be pennywise fruitfull to you. My bitter suggestion is to forget it like a bad dream and move forward for betterment.
