dear sir, i am working with a A psu, and i also got selected for another B psu,, i want to join psu B ,but i hav dont tell psu B abt my current employer A as psu A dont provide noc easily, there is 2 years probation period & 1 month notice peroid in psu A.. i am ready to pay bond amount & to give month notice period resignation my question-- 1- is there any problem to join psu B. 2- will there be any problem in future suppose psu B came to know that this fact. 3- what can i do now... 4- what will bethe right procedure to resgin from current post.

hi.... Pls sir help me in this issue..... my frnd got married 10 years ago with a lady.they are delhi people only. they had some fights and misunderstanding just after the marraige and they started living sepreatly. in between the gal filled a case in women cell against the guy and this family. They had a son in between and they stared living together. the guy dececided to took her out of the city just after 1 year they again fighted there and the gal came back to her family and filled in womens cell and divorce case and 498a on guy and his family. She putted wrong aligations on his father mother sister and brother in law also. They both were seperatly living for past 4 to 5 years they use to meet each other only on court dates. Now after long battle the guy decided to stay with her on condition dat she will take all the case back from him and his family , the gal agreed. he even talked her for mutual divorce but she is sayng no as she is a revengeful and misreable lady. Now they are living from past 6 months after taking all 498a case divorce case back. the problem is the gal fights after every 2 days on small small issues with his mom and dad and him. I want to ask can a guy can take her to some other house so that fights does not take place. And if fights takes place between both of them in dat house can he leave her and come back to his family. Actualy he guy wants to take her becoz he thinks only than she will leave her But he has a fear dat she will again put wrong aligations on sister and father mother and can go in women cell again. By doing this can he put fresh case in court that he cant live with his lady. She is not mutually givng divorce as she says dat she is happy but she is really not happy. He trayed every single thing to make her frustrate but she says nothng only fight. Pls help as how can my frnd can come out of this as she is creatng a mess..... My frnd consulted so many lawyers but no body says anythng..... Is there any tacktful way to handle this can he take her to some other house.....????

You can start paying to the court and there you can take a stand that whom to pay and this will create a legal thing between the builder and the Petitioner and the Court will decide the matter and till then just pay into Court. This will save your money as well as time.

Dear Sir, I would like to have your personal advise in below scenario. We have 6 small various companies in at one campus and same location with different name deploying less than 50 manpower on daily basis since more than one year. We have two union at work place. We have made settlement with majority of Union.The other union have not accepted the said settlement hence they have given separate charter of demand and later this dispute referred to labor court for adjudication. Meanwhile they have resorted to illegal strike in April 2007 and till date they are abstaining from the work. By the way we have submitted an application to Labour court to declare this act as illegal strike and case is now on leading evidence from our end. In such situation can we close our sister concern ? Do we need to seek permission from Labour court where dispute of illegal strike is pending. What is the procedure for applying closure of establishment? What reason we can lead to justify the closure? What can we do with the employees who are with majority of union and are working in this sister concerns? Would appreciate your help and reply. i am staying in ghatkopar mumbai in pagdi system from 1976, and all rent recipt till date with me . Landlord owner died in 2004 and his son and brother sold property to builder for development and from 4 brother one brother is live and has put case of 1/3 right in property .we has recd notice when this people sold property and rent is to paid to builder and he is collecting rent 6 year .and 2nd notice recd from brother of land lord say ing this cousins have cheated him and sold property .so may also loss of ur house .As i am an tenent and paying regular rent why shld i suffer between them.WHO IS CALLED of property builder who collect rent or person who has filed case.as builder is not communicating as several time contacted here for problem what can i do .and what right an tenant recd during development of building (addition area + corpus fund + rent )from builder .and if any damage is happen in buildng and life goes who is responsible builder or person who has filed case.Kindly let me know waiting for reply from experts . thanking you
