    Hello sir. I am Ravi teja, Advocate from Hyderabad. I have a query with regard to jurisdiction of the following issue. My client who was an employee of a software company which is an LLP had submitted his resignation by serving the notice period. but however the entity is not giving him relieving letter and experience certificate. I have issued a notice for which the LLP had issued reply denying issuance. Now before which court/tribunal i have to move an application for immediate relief.Thankyou

    Hello sir. I am V K S Sandeep. I've recently graduated, and I have been thinking for a while to apply for a passport but I'm a bit confused as my name in my 10th certificate, 12th certificate, and my Aadhaar Card is V K S Sandeep. As we are not supposed to enter initials while applying for passport, Does entering my full name i.e. Vankayalapati Kameshwara Sai Sandeep affect me in any way in the future? Regards.
