  • Rohit says : Covering of front Courtyard/Lawn in DDA SFS Flat
    I have filled permission to SDMC for additional coverage of my front and back courtyard. But the SDMC engineer is saying in your original DDA Flat layout the front courtyard is mentioned as front lawn and he is not ready to sanction the file. Is it true that if front lawn is written then sanction cant be provided. Also just want to let you know the there are many other flats in the same block have been regularised. What should I do now?
