one cadidate pass the ITI trade exam and apply for apprentisship to the Maharashtra state Electricity Board in Janewary2005 and completed traning in october 2005 and get the certificate as"The candidate successfully completed Apprentisship in Maharashtra state Electricity Board ,Maharashtra state Electricity Board Trifurgated into three companies in month of june 2005 namely 1)Maharashtra state Electricity Distribution company limited 2)Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited 3)Maharashtra state Electricity Genration company limited Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited publish advetisement for recruitment of line helper in yr 2010 which mention that candidate should have apprentisship certificate of )Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited or erstwhile MSEB ,The candidate sucessfully pass the written test as well as interveiw test at the time of joining &verfication of document Authority refuse to join him The the candidate file W.P before Honble high court my question is 1)whether the certificate granted By MSEDCL UNDER THE HEADING MSEB is vallid while company is formed 2)the candidate is taken apprentisship traning in MSEB AND COMPLETED IT IN MSEDCL AND GET THE CERTIFICATE OF MSEB whether candidate is entitle for appoinment or not

My father has a self made property of around 5 crores consisiting of ground and 1st floor.He passed away last yr. We r three children at present. From Original wife- Me & my real sister. From Step wife- My Step sister. He prepared 2 registered wills in d yr 2000. Acc. to 1st WILL all d property after his death is transferred to his second wife (i.e my step mother) Acc. to 2nd WILL my step mother has stated that after her death ground floor shall be given to her real daughter and first floor to me and my real sister. AT present my step mother lives at ground floor alone and has rented first floor.The entire rent vests with her. Now she is forcing me and my real sister to have R deed signed (as due to some MCD Tax issue she cannot sell d house) Can an owner of a Registered WILL gift the property? Can i claim my Share as per the Registered Will? And will it affect my share if I sign the R Deed.? Please suggest me d alternatives...!!

DEAR SIR MYSELF RADHE SHYAM AND DOING JOB IN SBOP AS MARKETING & RECOVERY OFFICERS (RURAL) ON CONTRACT BASIS SINCE FROM 22.10.2007 WITH RENEWAL ON 22.10.2009 FOR 3 YEARS. THIS POLICY AND POST IS STARTED BY SBI IN 2005. ONE DAY ON 14.07.2010 SBI DECIDE TO ABSORB TO THESE OFFICERS AS REGULAR CADER AND IMPLIMENTED THIS AS ON 2.08.2010 BY GIVING JOINING LETTER,BUT SAME POST WHICH IS CREATED BY SBI IN SBI & ASSOCIATES NOT GIVING PERMISSION TO ITS ASSOCIATES TO REGULARISE THEM.WE ARE WAITING FOR RESPONCE FROM SINCE 02.08.2010. AS PER RULE PERMISSION IS NECESSARY FOR ITS ASSOCIATES DUE TO MAJOR SHARE HOLDER BETWEEN ITS ASSOCIATES.WHAT WILL WE DO ????? KINDLY SUGGEST US...THANKS A LOT
