    Hello Mr. Ramachandran, HOW ARE YOU? My name is sunny, in 2003 I was charged u/s 380 but later in 2007 Judge ended the case wth Rs 500 fine and a probation of 1 year, now I've been applyng for a pssprt and in pssprt form point 17 mentioned "If you've been a convicted in last 5 years for mare than 2 years, plz attach the copy of judgement". I consulted my lawyer but he charged Rs 6000 to get the copy of judgement and now he's askng for Rs 10000 more other than passprt fee. According to him we have to attached that copy and submit the pssprt application. what should I do now? if possible would you plz help me.... Thanks & regards Sunny Prakash

    I have a garden near my home. and as the document says the street to the garden is only meant for the garden. so we fenced on one side. the residents on that side have their back door here and front door in next street. four years back panchayat had put the road in it without asking my prmission. Now the panchayat claims for the road. How can i proceed the case?

    Respected sir , we are the public limited company we have made a leave & licence agreement with A for running canteen for benifit & use of our employees the term of agreement is one yrs only .we have received various complaints from the employees union for not providing quality food .so we have issued aletter to canteen holder A that as the leave & licence agreement expires you need to vacate the premises after thathe(canteen holder)approch to the civil court for declaration & permanant injunction The Hon'ble civil court please to pass the order the "Defendant is hereby permanantly restraint from taking forcible possession of the suit premises without following due process of law now my question is WHAT IS DUE PROCESS OF LAW?     Sir, we r mazdoor sangh & our industry was clsoed down in yr.2006 without giving any notice & now the company moved to BIFR, our due r remain now is their any judgment or order against such company which curtail our rights waiting in ur kind reply thank u in anticipation

    X Having Two Sons, Mr A and Mr B. Mr A got 3 Acres Granted land from the Karnataka Gov in 1981. Next 1982 year 2 Acr of Granted land was Alienated for Horticulture and Building Houses. The Next 1983 year All the Properties are Partitioned through Court Decree including mr A Granted land. Kath is separated and In Mutation Registered also they mentioned Partitioned Details X 10 G Alienated and 10 Revenue A 1 Acre Alienated and 10 Revenue B 30 Gut Alienated and 20 Revenue In A's Kath Still 2 Acer land is displaying with Alienated. B's Kath 30 G Alienated and 20 Revenue is displaying. The Next Year 1984, Mr X and mr A has Sold all the Properties and mr B Sold 3 Gut Alienated land and 10 gut revenue land Now the Mr's A Sons has failed case against Mr B in the court. Because still 2 acr alienated kath is in mr A's name and Mr B also having his Partitioned entries in the Katha 30 G alienated and 20 G revenue A’s Katha is not transferred to his Wife , they Rejected in thaluk office. Please Guide what are the steps needs to be taken and in this case what will be the Stand for Mr B.
