    Vicky sells to Dimple, by deed, "my estate at Rampur containing 100 bighas". Vicky has an estate at Rampur containing 100 bighas. Can later on Vicky be allowed to give evidence of the fact that the estate meant to be sold was one situated at a different place and of a different size?

    X commits an offence by causing injury to Y, punishable u/s 323 of the Indian Penal Code which is punishable for a term of one year or with a fine of Rs. 1,000/-. Y makes a complaint to the Metropolitan Magistrate against X after 10 months of the commission of the offence. Can the said Court take cognizance of that offence?

    Dear Sir, I am put up in a situation where in i had sold my car a year back to a broker who in turn sold it to another person. The bone of contention now is that the RC book name was not changed and the person who had bought the car from the broker had met with an accident with the fourth party. Now a notice has come to me from the court asking me to appear in the court for the said case. Please advice me on this and I would like to inform you that I have the delivery note with me.
