Respected Sir, My grandfather had two wives. To first one he gave alimony (potagi) of Rs. 8 per month at about period of 1956-1958. After that she had a son at 1961. In this period alimony was continue. so kindly tell me has he any right on my grandfather's property or his second wife's property legally? We have some receipts of alimony of 1959 and please, give me any judgment document related this kind of case if you can. My father is dead before 2 months and now he is pressuring us for separation so Please help me. Thanks in Advance.

Dear Sir, I have a issue regarding the Agriculture Land of my Dad. My grand father has 3 kids, my dad, aunt and uncle. Now my grand father just befor 2 months transferred his agriculture land on my uncles name. No Consent or permission was taken from my aunt and my dad. The land he transferred was received by him from his forefathers. My grand father did not purchased the land but he received with Respect to Hindu divided family. Now how can I claim my part of land. My uncle and grandfather are too much greedy the land. He even did Registration of the land on my uncles name. That is my grand father sold his land to my uncle. Can a father sell his land to son which he had not earned but received from forefathers. My Grand father have not divided the properties properly. He had done injustice to my dad. I want to fight for the the rest properties. Is there any law that the again segrate the property and divide equally.

my husband wants divorce and i dont i m here on my brothers home and my parents hav expired we are from poor family and my both childrens daughter 10 yrs old and son 4 yrs old are with my husband they are demanding home and money for business otherwise they are telling me they are not ready to accept me. i and my brother are not able to meet there demands . so now what should i do. in 1999 my mother married me and she spent 15 lacs on my marriage. now how ll i get my childrens with me and what is the procedure to take maintainance or the money which my mother hav spent on my marriage.from past 12 yrs they hav torched me for money and till date they are demanding the same. plz help me sir i m helpless.

Dear Sir I am working with an leading telecom company as am Astt. Manager in sales.i was asked my boss to resign due to some reasons so that i have resigned with putting two months notice as on 25th aug 2011. sir this is to bring your kind notice that on appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that either company can terminate the employee without assigning any reason with two monts basic salary.similarly an employee can resign from the company by putting two months notice sir i have resigned by putting two months notice bt as my reporting manager told me that HR has processed my resignation just by giving 10 days notice. even i dont got any written mail from my bosses that they have accepted my resignation or not or any notice regarding. pl let me know that what to do? as ihave an rented accomdation n all expences costing around 24000 p/month Sir now the management agree to allow me two months notice period but the problem is my boss has put a new guy in my market and i was asked not to work in notice period on phone .So i would like to request you that i ll get full salary of these two monts or only basic salary. Sir i have requested them that kindly let me work for next two monts but they refused n said that this new guy will work in these two months of my notice period. So pl guide me that wt to do?
