    Sir Thanks for the reply, The disciplinary authority of my office says that we wont keep the promotion letter for more than 3 months and hence the 2006 letter of promotion will be destroyed. My promotion is based on seniority basis. Kindly help me out.

    A charge sheet was given in Jan 2007 to me and after inquiry a penalty/Censure was imposed on me as on 9/10/2009. Further I have made an appeal to the appellate authority and I was exonerated from all the charges in Aug 2011. I have given a departmental interview for the promotion in 2006 and 2008 and qualified both the interviews.But due to charge sheet the letter are kept in sealed envelope Will the department give me promotion with 2006 without considering the imposition of penalty which was imposed against me by CVC approx 2 years for which I was later on exonerated in Sept 2011?

    I gave a cheque of rs 15000 to the company for job security. But I left the job before the specified time. Now they are not returning the cheque and my account is not having this much balance. Now if the cheque bounces, will it attract NIA 138. I had written "For security purpose only" on backside of cheque.

    dear expart my grandfather died without wrote a will on his property after my grandmother had wrote a will on my grand-father property this type of will is legaly or not ? can we claim our part on same will basis from our uncle. will has been wrote in 1969
