Hi, I am currently working for HSBC Invest Direct and have received an offer from another company, which is ready to buy-out my notice period that is of 30 days. The actual wordings of my offer say, "For confirmed employees in Levels IV, V and VII, services can be terminated, from either side, either by giving 30 days notice or paying Gross salary in lieu thereof." However, my line manager and his boss are disagreeing to the clause and have been harassing and forcing me to serve the full one-month notice period, citing business needs. Please help!

hi sir i joined a mnc 2 months ago as a fresher with a bond agreement of 1 year and 1 lac rupee. now i want to leave the company for preparation for ies/ psu exam. i dont want any relieving letter or experience letter from company. if i do so then what are the actions that company can against me if i dont pay the 1 lac rupee.

Dear Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have resigned from my company by putting two monts notice. sir i have recvd the salary slip for the month of sep 2011 but the amount has not creadited in my account,whrereas my last working day is 26th oct 2011. when i apporached then they told me that salary will come i Full N Final. So requested to you that it is really very difficult to survive without salry for two months, so pl suggest me that what to do. Regards Anil

Dear Sir, In my agreement to sale which has been registered, it has been mentioned that "this agreement shall be deemed and considered as sale / conveyance-deed on compliance of all the terms and conditions mentioned hereinabove" It was also mentioned that the full and final payment should be done within 30 days from the date of registration of this agrrement to sale. However, I made the payment in 60 days. Also, it was no where mentioned what would be the terms and conditions if I failed to make the payment within the mentioned 30 days. So, my question is if I am having full and final payment receipt by the seller bearing the date corresponding to the 60th day after date of registration, then I don't require to execute sale-deed or I have to execute sale-deed as I have not made the payment in the mentioned 30 days limit.? Please assist. Thanks for all the help.

Dear sir, there are total 10 witnesses statement were recorded on 08 tentative charge of an acuused in army. on 05 charges witness allegdly alleges the accused one other witness coloborate or say what witness is saying in other word no evidence found in summary of evidence. either documentary or any wiitness is there what witness says or any other witness colobrorate it. INSPITE of this Army is framing all 08 charges against the accused. Shall accused approach to Armed Forced tribunal to get quashed these 05 charges pl advice
