Dear Experts
We have a house owned in joint name viz my MOTHER who has fully financed the house, Myself and my Wife whose name was added out of Love and Affection(realised it was big blunder once she showed True colors). I wanted to change the name of the electric bill from previous owner to my name and the electric company needs NOC from the other two parties. My mother has already given NOC. My wife is willing to give NOC on grounds that her name should also appear on the electricity bill, My mother name has to be removed from the house, need a full power of attorney from my side( which i dont want to give fearing misuse). Its a hostage like situation and i would need your advise as to how I can get the name changed without obtaning an NOC from My wife. Also i would like to have her name removed from the house registration as well.
