Which Land acquisition act applicable in Maharashtra 13/15

Govt is acquiring Lands in Maharashtra, so which law should be applicable for right full remuneration to land owners is it 2013 or 2014-15 amendments?

I guess Govt is forcing 2013 but it's should remunerate on basis of 2014-15. While acquiring land they follow 2014-15 but while paying money 2013. By 2014-15 even file a case in court.
