What will be next in divorce case.

1.                  As i apply for divorce and my first date is on tomorrow on 30/12/2014, and my lawyer says that it is not necessary to me to attend first hearing and report will be given to me till evening.

2. My question is that is she or her lawyer will come on tomorrow or what will be possibility of mediation
