in a pvt industry .. you does not need any procedure to be followed.. just go the appointment letter and see the provision regarding termination .. you will not need any other thing..

For terminating employee one has to adhere to the clauses of appointment letter as also the relevent provisions of Standing Orders & legal procedure.

In order to terminate an employee one has to adhere to the Standing Orders. one thing has to be kept in mind that the termination should be irrational. and any such provision regarding the notice period (if present in the appointment letter) may be adhered to.
the Shops and Establishment Act of the particular state should be referred.
