It is for Maharashtra. My question is what should have been the value of stamp paper for partnership deed made in July 2005

Yes. It is a state subject and relates to the year 2005. However, it was a maximum of Rs. 500 at that time, to the best of my knowledge.

Stamp duty is a State subject which differs from a State to another, consult area Sub-Registrar / a local document writer or an advocate.
