Urgent civil injunction

Hi team

I have few quick questions can you please help me?

Plantiff filled a suit at District senior judge against defendant to declare null and void of documents and also other relief possession and injunction

However judgement in favor of defendant as the plantiff suit was dismissed with no relief

Now there are 2 injunction suits pending in junior civil judge (this was filled 4 years back) not fresh suits

One is filled by plantiff and other is defendant

Case status

Plantiff stage :List of documents and witness

Defendant stage : further evidence

Now can you guide me

Does that judgement impact both injunction suits!?

Can i submit the judgement in both suits to dismiss the suits early and obtain injunction since civil judge already dismissed suit?

What's the procedure? Does injunction suits run for full length trail or can we get dismissed based on judgement

Please guide me

Each case will go on on its own merits because those cases were filed even before this case hence they will be conducted on the basis of the pleadings made in the respective cases.

Sir the dismissed suit was filled first and later the injunction suits were filled since the dismissed is both about possession and injunction declaration all these were decided and suit was dismissed

You have mentioned 3 different suits / cases have been filed and one of them has been dismissed. Whether all 3 suits were filed for the same property, between same parties, with same cause of action and for the same relief of declaration, permanent and mandatory injunction as stated by you ????
