My father owned two properties and before his death he made a WILL and got it registered. As per the WILL my brother should get a portion of the first property and the remaining for me along with the whole of the second property. The first property is in the name of both my father and mother; the second property is in the name of our father only. We have four sisters and my mother is also alive.
Our mother and sisters are willing to sign any documents as there are no disputes between us.
Can anyone advice how to go about registering the properties in our respective names?
