Dear Sir,
I would like to know that when an employee of Central PSU applies to another PSU/Autonomous body of State or Central Govt/ State PSU etc with proper NOC from current employer then what all benefits get transferred to the new employer. Specially I would like to know that after 6 pay commission 18% of Basic + DA is being invested by the employer towards Pension, Gratuity and Retiremental Medial Benefits what will happen to that amount. Is that amount going to be transferred to the new employer ?? Whether leaves PL, SL etc gets transferred on pro-rata basis to the new employer ?
