My father is a senior IPS officer and we live in a building where different government officers live.
Our neighbor, a Punjabi family used to throw garbage carelessly and my parents once went to their flat to tell them to do it carefully. The 19 year old schoolboy (obviously failed twice in school) and his 17 year old sister started shouting and abusing at my parents.
Hearing those yelling, neighbors came out. My father explained to the neighbors also that what situation was it.
Their father was in customs. My father said that he will go and talk to their parents later. After that, the haughty boy challenged that they will throw garbage anywhere they feel like and asked that what will my father do. My father threatened that he will complain against them to the Police if they do that. The boy pushed my father back and his sister brought their Labrador pet dog from inside and that boy said "KUTTA KIS LIYE PAALTE HAIN YEH HUM PUNJABI TUM BIHARIYO KO AAJ DIKHAATE HAIN" and commanded that dog, "Kill him!" and the dog bit my father multiple times.
One of my neighbors brought a cricket bat and hit the son to scare him and his mother away so that he could rescue my dad. Doing that, some servants in the other flat rescued my dad from the situation by taking him to their quarters, while the boy kept abusing him from behind.
My father called the Police, obviously as he himself is a senior IPS officer.
Almost all the residents in the entire building became witness of what had happened and recorded their statements in formal writing with the police. Including our neighboring IAS officer.
The police personnel said that he is very hurt that my father who is not just their colleague but more senior than him has been a victim to such crime.
The son was taken for a medical examination where he alleged that my dad had first assaulted him by showing a scratch on his arm.
A medical examination however proved otherwise, that the scratch was self-inflicted by a blade or a fine surgical instrument, that too it was not that deep that it was inflicted while fighting but it was only that deep that it had definitely been done slowly, i.e. by himself only contrary to what he claimed that it was done by a fight.
Later, they claimed that my father had tried to molest their daughter.
However, a local police personnel after few days told my mother by sitting in my house that he will arrest my father. It was a fact that there were many conclusive evidences against that boy and his family members and there was no evidence that the personnel could arrest my father but still he threatened to arrest my father, also disrespecting the fact that he is more senior than him in the post of Police.
1.) What are the remedies against this?
2.) Does this not prove a fact that Biharis are been irrationally humiliated especially by Punjabis and this justifies the fact that Bihar should become a free nation from India?
3.) Does this not prove this fact also that studying and topping especially in UPSC exams and become an IPS officer of a very senior rank does not do any benefit to those achievers as my father despite being a high ranking IPS Officer of a very senior batch was threatened to be arrested by a comparatively low ranking local police personnel who has just given an ordinary and comparatively easy exam than UPSC?
I want J C Vashista and T. Kalaiselvan who are eunuch to refrain from answering to this question of mine because they reply by being prejudiced and egoistic without giving any reasons for their answers.
