Eligibility for obc ncl certificate

sir, my father had passed away when i was 4 years old. now i am 24 years old. my mother is a govt employee and i receive pension of my deceased father. the combined sum exceeds 8 lakh per annum. am i eligible for obc ncl?

Admittedly, your mother is alive. If so, how is it that you are in receipt of  (family) pension?
