Swastha Bima Policy

I am having swasthya Bima policy with National Insurance Company. It is a flotar policy in which my father aged 69yrs, my mother aged 64yrs myself 42yrs and my wife 35yrs are covered for medical expenses upto Rs.2lac. This policy was taken in the year of 2006 in my name. Every year it is required to be renewed by paying the premium. This year the branch manager of National Ins co. Says that this policy could not be renewed with covering the risk of your father and mother as this policy is only for a family were a person his or her spouse and two childrens are covered. He is saying they he would exclude my father and mother from the risk coverage and would allow inclusion of my childrens. But I have recently heard that the National Consumer redreasel forum has given a decision to a similar kind of case were the insurance company has been asked to maintain the status co of the policy currently because they should have denied the issue of the policy at the first instance, today they cannot when both the father and the mother are senior citizens. Please give suggestions with the case reference if any.
