PLEASE CALCULATE ADVALOREM COURT FEES IN DELHI FOR NULL AND VOID WHEN VALUE OF SALE WAS 17 LACS IN 2008I BUT CIRCLE RATES ARE MORE THAN TRIPPLE?

The same AP H full judge judgment of High Court was set aside by Supreme Court.

They have stated that as per APSCF the value of document to set aside has to be considered and not market value at the time of filing suit.

I am not advocate. But I am aware of the judgment and they have interpreted the wording of APSCF section.

So kindly study the wording of relevant Court fee act on setting aside matters.
