Study leave reg.

Sir,

Here is the some document pertaining to study leave in CSIR. Please click on the link below with internet connected. Or Check the attachment enclosed with highlighting the point.

Here in the 17.2.3 it is mentioned that

" It has accordingly been decided in consultation with I.F.A, that the requests for grant of study leave for prosecution of studies for academic or literary subjects will not be  entertained in future. "

I am planning to join Bachelor in Pharmacy on Study Leave which is an academic course. Please kindly help me to know whether I can be sanctioned "Study Leave" if on the recommendations of my Head of the Department.

B Pharma is academic or literary.  I believe it is professional course .  Rules have already been elaborated to you in earlier query.
