Stamp duty refund after sale deed

I had bought a 2BHK flat in Pune on 28 Feb 2014. While purchasing, I had mentioned in the deed that I am purchasing it as an investor with the intent that if I sell it within one year then I will get stamp duty refund. Now I sold my property on 4 Feb 2015. I did not mention anything in this sale deed. Today I came to know that while making the sale deed I must have mentioned that I will get money in cash equivalent to stamp duty I paid from the new purchaser. Now that the sale deed has happened and I did not mention anything about stamp duty in the sale deed, is there any way to get my stamp duty refund? Hope y question is clear. Please do let me know if question is not clear. I will try to explain more clearly. Thanks in advance.

there is no such exemption.  however consult the registering officer personally and appraise the matter as the exemptions are according to the each state.  this is for information only.
