Myself Vipul would to have advice on the SRA property which i have near Vakola, Santacruz Mumbai. My property located on the boundary of SRA plot and builder is willing to accept me ib the SRA Scheme, as he finds me as geniune party for consideration in the scheme and related documents which i have, Also Builder has more space to accomodate PAP as his plot size is Big and current Slum tenants are less. My case had been declinmed as Ineligible stating you are outside SRA boundary limit which according to me my property was 30% inside the boundary and the SRA Dy collector has release the order stating cannot be considered without consideration of property for eligibiity from higher up departments. Can anybody help me on this matter. I need a SRA Advocate who deals in such matters on regular basis. Please Help !!
