Service Employee in central government died

sir, my dad's own brother was expired in service on lic of India, he doesn't have any childrens, 6 months before due to forcing of my dad's brother's wife, they are adapting one person,who is belongs to his wife maternal sister son.
Now my query is we have any right to fight getting job which is belongs my dad's brother.kindly suggest me according to Hindu law.
