What is the legal right of a girl against a rapiest?

If a girl which is in the custody of the rapist and tries her best to come out but if she found herself not to control over the rapist by all her efforts then if she kills the rapist to save herself , she will get the benifit of sec. 100 ipc, an act which was done in self defence.

But sir we have this right if we dont have any option of escape ourself from rapiest and dont have time to go police station. But it is heared that there is a new provision in sec.233 ipc. according to dis a girl have right to kill him to punish him if she is raped by him I am just asking for my knowledge only so please reply sir
