1. If RCR Decree is already one year old and already executed then turn it into divorce and annex quash f S. 498a / DV along with divorce case.

You will win surely get rid of her this time with no money payment to your wife.

Dear sir,

thank you for your reply and i have contacted my lawyer to file divorce in the same district court where i won my restitution he says that he need more time and i have to wai for some other period to be safe as my wife has fiel an revision in high court. she did manage to send first notice to my former address , it was returned as i wasnt there.

my questions are

how long do i need to wait to file a divorce case after winnning restitution?

what do i need to do with the notice for revision that she filed in high court?

Basically how to get rid of her and i was wondering my lawyer is dragging time by dual game ? do you think so?

and last question can if i win the divorce in district court can she file it up in high court again like she did for restitutuion  now?

and how can i stop her from dragging the cases and bid goodbye
