Sample compromise agreement

My wife filed 498a case against me - arrested and released - now my wife want to withdraw the complaint (FIR booked and charge sheet yet to file in court by police) Lawyer of my wife told he will get Police Clearance Certificate within two days after withdrawing the complaint. Is it possible to get Clearance Certificate within two days by cancelling the FIR and Charge Sheet? The lawyer asked me to sign agreement for submitting the same to Police for getting clearance certificate. Please send a copy of Compromise Agreement of any previous cases. Please advice me,
